Shipping & Returns

Every order is important to us here at Designs by Dia Ray.  We typically ship all of our “in stock” items within 24-48 hours of your order placement.  Designs by Dia Ray prefers USPS Priority Mail shipping; and includes USPS shipping insurance.

Custom or personalized orders may take longer than 48 hours to complete.  At the time the custom order is placed, both customer and designer(s) will communicate the desired deadline and a 50% deposit will be collected.  At that time as well, a schedule for completion and a shipment date will be agreed upon. 

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you would like to exchange your item, we will be happy to replace it with another selection of equal value or refund the original cost of purchase (less shipping costs).  Please repack the item you are not satisfied with in its original packaging and contact us via at returns@designsbydiaray.com email to obtain an RMA number before returning.

Returns or exchanges must be done within thirty (30) days of the original ship date.
